Have you talked about visiting China for more than a two-week vacation? If you want to skip hotels and connect to regular life in China, we make it possible for you! Our extended stay option allows you to stay a month or so in a local Chinese apartment.

Get connected to daily life in China; we’ll handle the logistics. You can live among local residents, and allow your children to play and practice their Mandarin skills.  The “housekeeper” of the apartment, Mrs. Huang’s eight year old daughter, DouDou, will relish the opportunity to practice her English skills with your child.   Maybe this is a great chance for your child to polish Mandarin!  The apartment has on-site laundry service and hotel amenities, such as free internet access, television, microwave, refrigerator, safety box and more.

You can choose to simply explore the neighborhood and experience the rhythm of daily local life. We can arrange short excursions to surrounding areas near Guilin for you to explore.  We arrange mid-day and evening meals at no extra cost (introductory offer); and have child care services (former kindergarten teacher) available at additional cost. It’s a beautiful place with flexible options.

Families can stay and live in a Guilin for a month or specified weeks under our "extended stay" option. You arrange the time; we’ll handle the rest.

Low Season Price:  $1,200 per month     November, December, January, February March

High Season Price:  $1,500 per month    April, May, June, July, August, September

* Note:  Monthly rental price includes utilities as well as mid-day and evening meals prepared on-site by apartment nanny. Breakfast is not included.  Inclusive package price assumes 2 adults and 1 child (under 12). Additional adults are $300 more per month; additional child(ren) are $200 more per month.

• Liusanjie Impression Show-- This night light show is directed by famous director, Mr. Zhang YiMou (Olympics opening ceremonies fame) at night.  While some call it a light show, most call it something totally beyond description. After you’ve been awed by this spectacle, relax and stay the evening in Yangshuo. This quaint river town has its own activities to attract visitors to spend some time.
